1. This contest is open to pre-registered members to NekoCon 11: Luau on the Beach only.
   


2. All pre-registrations will need to be postmarked by September 30th for entry into the contest.
   


3. A total of eight (8) winners will be chosen at random from all submitted pre-registrations prior to the start of the convention.
   


4. NekoCon will attempt to notify the winners in advance; however this may not be possible.
   


5. Winners will need to go through the regular pre-registration badge pick up process to pick up your membership badge.
   
   A) The Registration desk will have a note in our system that you are one of the winners.
   B) Once informed and confirmed, you will be escorted to Operations to receive your backstage passes.
   


6. All prizes are non transferable
   


7. Winners will receive the following:
   
   A) A prize package with the "Winning Band" to include the following
           a) One (1) Limited Edition Backstage pass for one of the "Winning Band’s" performances
           b) A photo with the "Winning Band"
           c) Autographed merchandise from the "Winning Band"
           d) Front row seats for the "Winning Band’s" performance.
   
   B) Winner agrees to abide all requests made by the NekoCon staff, the "Winning Band" members and managers in regards for everyone’s safety and operation of the performance
   


8. The "Winning Band" is defined as either Echostream or GPKISM to be determined randomly.
   


9. The performance is defined as once concert by the "Winning Band" on Friday or Saturday to be determined randomly
   


10. Staff of NekoCon, Warui Neko Entertainment LLC, Echostream and their immediate families are not eligible.
