NekoLARP 2008 pre-registration is now open!
Reservation will again be handled with our simple online system. To reserve a character follow these steps:
- Go to reedelrio.com/neko.html and click on "Character Reservation". This will bring you directly to our massive character list. Note, that the link currently says "Pre-Reg" from last year,
but it will be changed as soon as the web mistress' finals are over.
- Next to each character you will see "Available" or a Name.
A) If you are having trouble finding your character, type all or part of the name in the "filter" form on the top to limit the list.
B) You can see which characters are already claimed under the "Character List" link.
C) If you aren't sure of the spelling, you can search for the name of the series, and the list will show all available characters in the series. If no characters are listed, it means the series is generally approved, but no characters are yet made.
- If the character you want says available, simply click on it to open the reservation form.
A) If a name is listed next to it, that person has reserved that character and you must pick another.
B) If your character is not listed, and it is allowable under the guidelines, click on the "Your character not here?" link at the bottom.
- Fill out the form, and click submit.
A) If requesting a non-listed character Remember that no video game character, hentai characters or characters based on US or non-Asian works will be allowed.
- If an available character has not been taken it will be yours.
A) We will try to respond to any request for a non-listed character as soon as possible.
Only one character may be reserved per person. Each reservation must also have a unique e-mail address associated with it. Multiple people may not reserve characters using the same e-mail address. We note that if this is attempted, only one of the reservations will be allowed to remain on the list
We will try to accommodate all requests for non-listed characters. However the GMs may deny otherwise acceptable character requests if they do not believe they will be able to make the character in time for the LARP. Please have a backup in mind if you request a non-listed character.
Until Character Reservation closes, it will be possible to change your reserved character by simply entering your new character choice. However, once reservation closes, you will not be able to
change your character without GM permission. Further, we do not guarantee that your request for the new character will be successful, and you may not be able to return to your original
character if it gets taken.
We currenlty expect to take approximately 60 character reservations.
