Single Membership To become a full member of NekoCon, you can fill out our handy online form, then print and send it in with a check or money order made out to Nekocon. At-Door Membership Policies for Nekocon 11
Confirmation If you have already sent in a membership form, please check to ensure that you are on the list of confirmed members. This is our method of confirmation, and once you are on the list you will not receive an email from us unless there is a problem. If you pay through Paypal they will send you their own confirmation that you paid, this is NOT our confirmation. For Group Memberships, the Main Contact will receive ALL badges when they check in ... hunt this person down. Refunds Pre-paid memberships are refundable up until October 1st. Please check with parents/teachers/professors/bosses (anyone who can deny your right to attend!) to ensure that you will still be free and available to attend Nekocon before October 1st. We assume that you are dead set on attending Nekocon after October 1st. If you somehow cannot attend, we'll miss you but don't worry: email us within one week after the convention and your name will be transferred to the next year's database. Full Membership Transfers You must email memberships@nekocon.com no later than October 1, 2008 if you want to transfer your membership to another person. |
